I wanted to order 2 pizzas by phone. I was told to order it online with my smartphone. The restaurant manager didn't want to take my order over the phone. I ordered from another restaurant, they were happy and thus made a profit. Those who do not need it in the crisis can deal with their customers like this ...

If it were a question of rating the child-friendliness, I could give five stars without hesitation. Hardly any restaurant offers such a great play area for smaller children. I had a super relaxed stay with my dwarf and was able to chat very relaxed with a friend and dine well. In the beginning, the service of the waitress was really great. In the end, however, it tipped over. It got later and later and we had to wait a long time before we could finally pay. Nobody felt responsible for us anymore, because one of the employees had finished work and apparently was not handed over. So I had to get up and take care of the matter myself. It should be noted that there wasn't much going on at the time. I also deduct points because conflicts among employees are loudly resolved. Employees are audibly criticized and I see that as an absolute no-go. My conflicts are resolved discreetly in private. I have to say, however, that I only saw this once. About the food I can say that it tastes delicious, but especially when describing seafood and shrimp, I also expect that the food actually contains more than one shrimp. I felt a bit ridiculous. Despite all that, it was tasty. The child was also satisfied. I would probably come back, which is actually due to the child-friendly facility.

The local is really easy to get to! The good transport connections make a visit quickly feasible. Inexpensive, varied selection of food and drinks . I and my maid of honor were truly delighted to have found a place near us that we can still afford at the end of the month without hesitation.

All in all a solid story. The pasta dishes we had were good. Service etc. ok I just don't understand the policy of the unpriced menus on the site. I always get the feeling that it could be very expensive and when in doubt it scares me off.

Unfortunately we were ignored after a long wait. The waiter passed us several times and didn't respond to us or anything else. We were also the only guests who sat outside. After 20 minutes we left.

I mostly didn't want to share the dessert with my brother at all. Ours have now learned from this and will each order a dessert the next time they visit. The staff worked straightforward, clean and friendly. The armchairs are extremely cozy and the distance between the seats is particularly decent. There you don't get the feeling like eating fish in the can in the back and front, we are absolutely pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be back.

For me the best Italian in Chemnitz ???? Everything fits here. Friendly service, delicious food (we had salad, pizza, ice cream and cake and everything was really good and made with love.). The wait was short. Prices are cheap for what you have to call. My family always likes to come back

An Italian restaurant with a super nice terrace in the sun. The food is always delicious and fresh. Especially the lunch is recommended. Price / performance unbeatable. The service is hard, with full restaurant you should plan a little more time. The central location always likes to lure. Also easy on an ice cream or a delicious coffee.

Almost every time I went to Chemnitz I have chosen this restaurant for dinner and I have always been satisfied, since 2010 that I went there the first time. The friendly service, the excellent pizzas, the cozy atmosphere and the inviting prices make me always return to this place. Ah! The beer tb is great;) Highly recommend!

The beginning years of Buono were pretty abismal, but thankfully it changed to the better. It has decent Pizza & Pasta for moderate prices. It's a bit cramped inside and servers could be a bit more caring. Especially on weekend evenings it can get pretty full. The Ice cream corner is alright. Can not recommend the Milkshakes though. You can also take out every dish.
